XK3201ZB Weighing Controller is widely applied in packing machine,flow accumulative machine,valve port packing machine, filling machine,etc.

 

Main Features:1,  Adopt the recognized preamplifier (made in US) as input amplifier of weighing sensor, it let the controller has supernormal stable performance of zero and gain.2,  It can adjust intension of filter,to control influence due to the wave of mechanical system,then to insure and improve high-speed and accurately measuring.3,  It adopt digital span mode, then it can simplify the initial operation process.4,  All kinds setting value, the modifier value, the accumulated value, etc are stored in the FRAM (NVM), it can't lose data even power off.5,  The internal of controller has the self-checking function ,to check CPU monitoring, A/D converting, I/O and display chip .All these can avoid operating wrong ,then to improve the reliability of this system.
